Question: Most general consumers haven't the foggiest notion what such things as "GRI," "CRS," or "CCIM" mean. As a matter of fact, some real estate professionals don't. So what's the point in my expending all that effort and money to attain them? As a fairly new Realtor who is really just getting started good, wouldn't it be better for me to spend my time prospecting, listing, and selling?
